The Conte Matto Restaurant is renowned for Tuscan cuisine and for Renaissance, creative and revisited proposals, with particular attention to the Trequandina one,

which has preserved dishes and culinary traditions now impossible to find elsewhere.

Organic d.o.p. oil is always present on the table the hills of Trequanda (it is a selection of the most significant producers in our municipality);

it is a very high quality oil that marries beautifully with our most representative local dishes, such as panzanella, ribollita, white beans and above all our grilled "Chianina meat".

An aperitif service based on still or sparkling white wines, prosecco and cocktails is also offered.

We also have a small cellar-tasting room, where you can buy, in addition to the fine bottles of wine, the typical products of the area.
