Villa Reggello

Reggello appears almost severe and austere. It is situated on a hill offering a panoramic view of all the valley, in a sunny and dominant position. It was built in the XVIII century according to those simple but rational principles required in the rural life of that time. Reggello can provide all modern comforts while retaining its original architecture: the old stones of the facade, the vaulted halls, the beamed ceiling and the cotto floors. It is 210 sqm over two floors and can accomodate up to eight people. The bright kitchen on the groung floor opens onto the garden with two glass doors. An arch leads to the living room with couches and fireplace, and then to a beroom with two full-sized beds and an en suite bathroomwith shower. Other three bedrooms are on the first floor: one with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower, anotherone with double bed and a huge en suite bathroom with bath-tub and large shower, the third one with double bed, bath-tub and sink in the room plus en suite toilet room.

FACILITIES

Reggello is equipped with dishwasher, a big gas oven and a wood-burning one, full fridge, fireplaces, barbecue, satellite TV, internet conncetion, washing machine and ironing facilities.

The large patio covered with a pergola outside the kitchen is furnished with wrought-iron table and chairs, while the swimming pool (6 mt x 12 mt, depth 140cm) is equipped with teak lounge chairs and umbrellas; next to the garden (about 3,000 sqm) there is a private unroofed parking. Reggello is rented as a whole and single bedrooms cannot be let.
