Located in one of Italy’s most famous wine producing areas, this old style farmhouse offers breathtaking views on the Brunello countryside.

The house has been recently renovated and is cosy and comfortable; the outside terrace and pool are perfect for relaxing and restoring.

It is only 15min drive from Montalcino and very close to Siena and Pienza.

It has al living room with fire place, dining room with access to terrace, Kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning and a single room.

The Folonari family, producers of award winning Tuscan crus (www.tenutefolonari.com) since the beginning of the 1900, owns the property set in the middle of vineyards on its wine estates.

directions to La Fuga:

If you come from Florence airport you take the A11 highway direction west to the sea. After a few Kms you go onto the A1 direction south (Rome). You drive for a dozen Kms and exit at FIRENZE IMPRUNETA. After you have paid the toll, you will find a round about, take the first road on your right which is the toll free speedway to Siena.

Drive for approximately 60 kms all the way to Siena until you find the SIENA SUD Exit. Once you are off the speedway follow indications for Buonconvento Montalcino (38 kms). You will be on a road called the SS2 Cassia.

Continue to follow indications for Buonconvento and one you have passed this town after a couple of kms you will turn right on the SP45 for Montalcino (10km).

At this point follow indications for Grosseto, you will arrive in the town of Montalcino, will follow directions for Grosseto and the road SP 14 Traversa dei Monti. Approximately 2 kms after Montalcino, take a right direction Tavernelle / Camigliano (form this point onward you will already see a panel with La Fuga together with the panels indicating to other wine cellars of the area).

After 1 km take a left always following indications Tavernelle / Camigliano. Drive another 4 km and just before an artificial lake turn right for Camigliano. After 4 kms more turn right again following the sign Pian delle Vigne and La Fuga. Finally after 1 more km take the road to the right indicating La Fuga.
