It is the ideal holiday for families with children, for friends but also for couples who want to enjoy a holiday in total relaxation lulled by the sounds of nature.

The country estate has been recently restored with total respect for style and maintaining the elegance of typical Tuscan architecture, is located in the municipality of Pontassieve and is made up of hamlets of houses separated by a swimming pool with an exotic sand-colored effect with crystal clear water and changeable with varying weather conditions with a "Caribbean" effect that contrasts with the splendid view of the countryside of the Val di Sieve hills overlooking an immense valley. It is a true oasis of peace and quiet for those who want to breathe the scents of nature and relax in total tranquility. The lawn around allows you to choose secluded spaces and let your children play in the shade of pine trees. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of our staying guests, in fact we do not take external daily customers, this is to guarantee our guests maximum privacy and tranquility.

The farm is located in an isolated and quiet area but ideal for quick excursions to the cities of art and the most important places; 5 km away is the Scopeti railway station from which you can reach the center of Florence in half an hour's journey.

The rooms are located in the village and are the best solution for those who prefer shorter stays but with more services, guests can benefit from access to the swimming pool during the summer. They are finely furnished, with terracotta flooring and exposed beams and equipped with all the necessary comforts, including heating, free wi-fi, private bathroom with shower and courtesy line. The Rosa room accommodates 3 people. In addition, there is a large living room of 25 square meters with tables and a kitchen shared with other guests with an old fireplace which offers the opportunity to relax reading a good book or planning future visits by taking advantage of the fast wifi connection.

Margherita Room and Lavanda Room: large double bedrooms in rustic style with wrought iron bed of 13 square meters each with bathroom with shower, ceiling in wooden beams and terracotta tiles. They have a view of the farmyard (area in front of the manor house) where hens were kept scratching in the past.

The Margherita room is equipped to host disabled people and to ensure them a pleasant holiday in the open air.

Pink Room: large room of 21 square meters with double bed and comfortable sofa bed and bathroom with shower, ceiling in wooden beams and terracotta tiles. From the window a spectacular view of the nearby town and hilly landscape

Rosemary apartment

Apartment for 2 people. The 60 sq.mt one bedroom apartment is ideal for a romantic getaway or for a couple with a child. Ancient stone steps lead to the large paved area framed by a cool porch where the old bread oven is still located. You can relax admiring a beautiful landscape overlooking the swimming pool and the hills that surround you. The two-room apartment with wooden beams and terracotta flooring has a large living room with dining room, relaxation area and corner kitchen with dishwasher, enhanced by a large antique stone fireplace with warm nuances combined with natural wood. with exposed stone walls it is equipped with a sofa bed and has a breathtaking view of the farm and the forest. Finally a large bathroom with shower.

Walnut apartment

Apartment for 2 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse, a large porch with a particular chandelier made from an old ox cart wheel frames the entrance. The 60 sqm apartment with terracotta flooring which contrasts with the wooden beams, has a large entrance with double entrance with fireplace, vintage leather sofa, kitchen with electric oven and dining room. A large corridor will lead you to the master bedroom illuminated by a large window with a view, the bathroom with shower and the study with rustic and classic style desk.

Olivo apartment

Apartment for 5 people. The apartment, with beamed ceilings and rustic terracotta floors, of about 100 square meters is the ideal solution for a group of friends traveling or large families. From the loggia of the farmhouse a flight of wooden stairs will lead you to this huge apartment. It consists of a large entrance hall with sofa and armchair and a large kitchen equipped with electric oven and fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and one single) and a large bathroom with shower.

Hazel Apartment

Apartment for 4 people. This 70m2 apartment is the ideal solution for the traveling family. From the loggia of the farmhouse a flight of wooden stairs will lead you to the entrance of the apartment with kitchen with electric oven, fireplace and dining room. Completely paved with terracotta which contrasts the wooden beams on the ceiling. It has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower. The double bedroom with wooden structure takes you back in time in a romantic atmosphere, details are the antique-scented chest of drawers on which the inevitable lampshades lie. From the bedroom you will have a breathtaking view of the woods, while from the large bedroom you can admire the barn and the swimming pool, all surrounded by rolling hills overlooking the Chianti Rufina. Both bedrooms have independent access to the bathroom
