Podere Il Cocco

The Cocco began to offer hospitality to tourists in 1972, back when the word farm was unknown. The experience has been passed down from father to son like the times of comfort and security for guests. The coconut, however, retains the original simplicity of the holiday in the country: large spaces, large rooms and lots of freedom. The Coconut owes its name to the leader "Ser Cocco Salimbeni" in 1400 that lived in the fortress of Castiglione d'Orcia and its militias controlled the Via Francigena.

IL COCCO GRANDE

House ideal for a family or a group that wants to cook in a typical Tuscan farm also. The stone stairs next to the wood-burning oven and bring in the Lodge room. From this room you have access to two double bedrooms, single bedroom with the closet, the kitchen and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and on-demand TV.

IL COCCO PICCOLO

Apartment ideal for young couples, and groups of friends. This apartment was the home of the farm, a house light, with large windows, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and kitchen. A pet door allows you to combine apartments and enjoy all the space of a typical home for large families.
