Back in the 19th century Villa del Fattore was a residence of Signor Silvio Benocci.
The name Fattore is titled after his profession as a farmer.
During the World War I , a family member, Signor Nannetti had served in the army defending the Italian territory. His patriotism was recognized by the King Emanuel II as it is written on the award now hung on the wall of the Villa del Fattore's restaurant. During the conquer of Germany in the World War II the sorounding area of Villa del Fattore was becoming the target of the German's attact in 1944. Signor Nannetti, died in 1944. Commemorating the incident the local italian government has made a monumental tombstone that it can easily be spotted on the west wall of the reception entrance.
Now the recent generation of the Nannetties, Roberto Nannetti, an enothechnician, entitles the ownership of the estate.
After undergone a fully restoration in 2004 to boast the comfort of the guests but still maintaining its Mediterranean charms, Villa Del Fattore is now ready to serve its loyal vacationers into its spacious, modern comfy, classic in design vacation residences.
